Masterplanning
Kilburn Nightingale have considerable experience of the development of long term plans and Estate Strategies. We collaborate closely with our clients to ensure that the greatest potential of land and property is realised in a programme that maximises strategic and economic feasibility. This work entails existing estate assessment, strategic design, phasing, cost-planning, funding strategies, integration with institutional goals, assessment of planning and infrastructure issues etc.

Conservation
A large proportion of our work has involved historic and Listed buildings and has given us considerable experience of negotiations with Heritage and Planning authorities. We have carried out historically correct restoration along with sympathetic modern insertions, alterations and extensions.
